The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine is completing work on changes to the system of reserving conscripted employees. The government plans to update the criteria for enterprise criticality and limit the possibility of 100% reservation of employees — it will no longer be possible to reserve the entire workforce, although exceptions for individual cases are being prepared.
