🔴 A drone damaged a substation in Kitsman: power outages and restoration
Near Chernivtsi, in the city of Kitsman, a Geran-5 missile drone struck an electrical substation, causing power outages in Chernivtsi and throughout the region. In Bukovyna, a Russian UAV damaged an energy facility. Due to the power outages, the Bukovyna police have strengthened security measures across the region. Power supply in Chernivtsi Oblast is being gradually restored after the Russian attack: power has been restored to all critical infrastructure facilities in Chernivtsi.
