Bukovyna's chief eco-inspector Andriy Kukharuk has served a notice of accusation on the head of the Chernivtsi Regional Military Administration Ruslan Osypenko for 300 million hryvnias for causing particularly large environmental damage to the environment. This concerns the illegal gravel quarries discovered near the village of Boyany in Bukovyna, from which, according to the eco-inspection, gravel worth 300 million hryvnias was illegally removed.
