In Chernivtsi, police identified the 49-year-old driver of bus No. 14, who, during a conflict with passengers, behaved aggressively, swore obscenely, and made offensive remarks toward Ukrainian military personnel. After widespread public outrage, the man recorded a video statement in which he admitted he had said many offensive words and apologized to the servicemen, their parents, wives, children, and everyone affected.
