🟡 Chernivtsi switching to water supply schedule due to reduced limit

Chernivtsi is switching to a water supply schedule due to a reduction in the water intake limit. Water in the city will be supplied on a schedule and at reduced pressure. This is due to a decrease in the permitted water intake limit, so utility services are forced to distribute water supply by hours to provide for all city residents.
