🟡 A roundabout and access roads are being upgraded on the N-03 highway near Khotin

On the N-03 “Zhytomyr–Chernivtsi” highway near Khotin, a roundabout and its access roads are being upgraded. Road crews are removing the old asphalt layer in damaged sections and laying new pavement. The roundabout is part of Khotin’s bypass and a key route linking Bukovina with the Khmelnytskyi region, central Ukrainian oblasts, and Kyiv.
