🟡 Cherkasy to increase paid parking spaces and set up new lots

Cherkasy will increase the number of paid parking spaces: new lots will be set up there. The city plans to expand the network of paid parking zones to regulate traffic and reduce chaotic parking. New lots will appear on the most heavily used sections where there is currently a particularly acute shortage of spaces. Exact addresses and launch dates will be announced separately.
